We provide professional event photography services for a wide range of occasions, capturing the energy, emotion, and unforgettable moments that make each event unique. Whether you're planning a wedding, engagement party, birthday celebration, or anniversary, we ensure every detail is beautifully documented. Our services also extend to corporate events, including conferences, seminars, product launches, brand activations, and award ceremonies. From graduations and baby showers to holiday parties and family reunions, we bring a creative and attentive eye to every moment. We also cover community festivals, fundraisers, galas, concerts, sporting events, pop-up shops, and religious ceremonies such as baptisms and bar/bat mitzvahs. Cancellation Policy
1. Scope of Services compliBLOOM International Solutions provides ICT consulting, compliance, marketing, and business development services. DC Snaps, its creative arm, offers photography, videography, and design services, ensuring cohesive branding for clients. 2. Booking & Payments A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings. Final payments are due at start of service delivery. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling may be accommodated at the company’s discretion. 4. Content Usage Rights compliBLOOM and DC Snaps retain the right to use photographs and media for marketing, portfolios, and social media. Sensitive features (e.g., eyes) will be blacked out in “before and after” samples. 5. Subscription & Retainer Agreements Subscriptions require a 3-month minimum commitment. Retainer clients are prioritized and receive exclusive service benefits. 6. Client Confidentiality We ensure all sensitive client data and projects remain confidential unless explicitly authorized for release. 7. Delivery Timelines Turnaround times vary per service. Clients will be informed of estimated delivery dates during consultation. 8. Force Majeure compliBLOOM and DC Snaps are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters or technical failures. 9. Liability We are not responsible for losses due to service interruptions, improper use of final deliverables, or third-party interactions. 10.
